SUPERSIZE ME

The movie super size me shoes how fast food restaurants affect our planet. Thousands of people every day eat from those restaurants; being unconscious of what the consequences of eating fast food are. According the movie, 46,000 people eat daily from McDonalds in US; can you imagine how many are in total if we include all fast food restaurants all over the world? In fast food restaurants, they only served what we call non-organic food, which causes obesity that can cause health problems, and sometimes even deaths. Morgan Spurlock supports that obesity has similar rate of deaths with smoking, but pretty much everybody knows that smoking is bad for your health. On the other hand, people do not know what obesity what obesity can cause. Obesity can cause many diseases, such heart diseases, cancer and many other chronic diseases. In addition, a bad diet can cause depression and stomach ages. Many people do not know what a bad diet can really cause in the inside of the body, the immune system. For example, in the movie, we see how Morgan Spurlock’s health changes; from eating McDonalds every day for one month.
However, fast food companies,”force” consumers to eat fast food, by perfect commercials, cheap and tasty food. Especially, MacDonald’s in almost every store they have place for the kids to play and little gift in every happy meal, in order to attract the attention of the kids. Moreover, people, who eat fast food often, become addicted to it. I believe that people should be more concern about their diet, because it is very important in everyone’s health, and all governments around the world should find a way to face the danger that’s called MacDonald.
